Peanuts - 3/4 cup
Gram flour - 1/2 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Dry mango Powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbs
Salt - according to taste
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Oil - for frying

First, mix lemon juice and a pinch of salt in peanuts.
In a bowl mix gram flour, rice flour, coriander powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, black salt, red chilli powder, asafoetida and turmeric.
Now mix peanuts in a gram flour mixture and mix water and prepare a thick batter of gram flour.
Heat the oil to fry the peanuts in a pan, drop the peanuts one by one in the hot oil, and fry it on medium to low flame till it becomes golden and then take it out in a plate.
In the same way, fry all the peanuts till it become golden and take them out in a plate. Now sprinkle chaat masala and mix it. Spice Peanuts are ready, you can store it in the air tight container for many days.
1). Don't fry peanuts on high flame, otherwise the peanuts will not be as crisp as it should be.
2). After frying the peanuts, if you want, you can mix any other spice or red chilli powder of your choice with nut crackers.
